Weltraum Institute

Weltraum or Weldt Raum as it is properly pronounced is the Nazi branch of Magi, some of them are as disparate as the IB7, some of them have less loyalty than their counterparts. Some are fully loyal to the Reich as long as they get to conduct their research freely and without concern or limits.

Their leader Klaus Weissman is a former covenant head of Leila's covenant, a Flambeu who sees the war as a good way to lower the number of mundanes in the world. He also ascribes to a "Peace Theory" in which a strong central power should hold the reins of power to make sure that inter-magical conflicts are squashed before there is a chance for another schism war.

He is immensely bitter about loosing his covenant and the people within and always used to have a soft spot for Leila who he'd often coddle during her aprentice-hood. He thinks since she is not to be found within the Schwarzwaldt covenant she must clearly have been outside the rituals edges and hence is long dead.
